We scooped it into ziplock bags.. We used it mostly for the stubborn blocks/areas...old piles/ really wet piles etc. It works pretty well.

Thanks Nate!

I've got the torches all fixed up, and the ratio suggestion is 2/3 diesel to 1/3 gas. I've also purchased a gelling agent and now have a snotty/ jello-y mixture for some of those older more difficult piles.

I have used/ seen dipped gloves with a layer of insulation in them. They are like the white cotton gloves with a thick rubber dip and not the nitrile dips I see most planters use. I'll try and find a name. For the longest time I'd just buy a pack of the white ones and double up and alternate them on...

It will vary greatly depending on which part of the rotator cuff and the severity of the injury..thats why it's such a large spectrum of recovery times..you'll likely have to get a more specific diagnosis (physio, mri, cat scan) before a Dr. could credibly answer your question...it could also be a v...

the amount of sleep is sort of relative, if you're a hard drinking party animal the "rest" you get is vastly different from the 6-7 solid hours you get as a more disciplined planter.

I'm fairly certain that the price is supposed to be relayed to the planters before the commencement of planting... I've had former crew members that had the same sized shoes as you (7 ladies) and they wore a size 5(mens) viking. Why not try a comparable pair of rubber boots on and see how that works. .

I know Outland does a butt load of work for Weyerhaeuser. Grande Prairie..I assume it would be in some of the areas to the extreme south of town that Weyerhaeuser manages.

Foothills forest products operates closer to Grande Cache.. I'm not to sure who gets to plant their trees...

I used to work at a physio clinic, and when we had an individual with de quervain's, it was a 4-6 week process....very structured. Range of motion exercises, (stretching) grip strengthening curls and extensions with a therapy tube... any brace you get should immobilize the area...like a hard cast......

I've only ever experienced ticks on 1 block in 11 years. Just outside of Kamloops, green mantle road or something like that... I'm petty sure that because it was used as a grazing lease and was an old (7-9 year) fill block that had originally been burnt, that these 2 factors were largely the reason ...

Generally...you will need to consume something. if you can get away wih not eating much for a day or two then it's not too big a deal(taking into account the individuality of different planters' metabolism) If you miss on day you'll need to replace it with something.... even on hot days.... personal...

Don't a lot of companies have to take out massive lines of credit in order to pay planters. Doesn't this allow mills/BCTS/whoever a major financial bonus by not having to pay any interest on that account? Or do the licensees pay up regularly so planting companies can pay wages? I'm not sure of which...
