Re: Planting in Australia
haha... where did the "real canadian treeplanter" go after mr amazing called his bluff? the very fact that he had to state that he is a "real canadian treeplanter" stinks of desperation, it's like saying ,"i'm the real santa claus!" why did you have to be a "real c...

Re: where not to work!
Oh treegod, why have you forsaken me? Nate, lock me up... i've been very, very bad! But truth be told: the truth of the matter is that his object was to insult a lot of people ... no it wasn't. What I've done in this post is very similar in purpose to his (although I'm attempting to prove he's not b...

Re: Nechako Reforestation Services Ltd.
there are more planting companies in PG cos PG has more crownland woodlot. every city or town has a designated area where the mills in that town can log and replant. PG's is huge. so i wouldn't argue that planting companies set up there just to fuck you over, they set up like anyone else would do......

Re: Western Pacific
Bahadur Lidder is the indian guy who has West Pac in his name and he owns the RiverRock Pub on the westside. He employs Dave Callan to do all his dirty work in the silviculture industry. The supervisors the previous post were talking about were part of the african crew from senegal and the congo. Th...

Re: Western Pacific
Yes they were... everything out of Quesnel. The checkers were cimco and they eventually dropped the contracts they had with West Pac because Dave Callan routinely blew his top when West Pac routinely failed block quality. He never said anything to us, the planters, yet i heard all about his shouting...

Re: A&G
it is well organised and good prices but they expect PERFECT trees. nothing wrong with that i suppose. everything was fine until me and some friends left because it was just too serious and no fun. we weren't under contract and it's not against the law if you want to quit yet after a few weeks of th...

Re: Western Pacific
Was just browsing the companies when i was shocked to see West Pac in here among ACTUAL treeplanting companies. West Pac is held under the name of the owner Bahadir Lidder an indian guy but i think it's actually ran by his brother. i worked for them last season 2008 and i had to sign up to this to t...
