Newforest, some fuel companies don't have ethanol in the gas like Ultramar. But some just have it in regular (10%) and shell I think has it also in mid grade (5 %). I think all of them have none in supreme. I avoid gas with it in for saws just because of the problems I read about daily in the chain...

it's about $1000 to get set up for cutting. you should always get a daily saw allowance $20 to $30. there has never been camp cost/fees in over 15 years since i started cutting. like wainwright says you can have huge days and the worst days, but if you're good (its not that easy) you should average...

Back in the day, some of the worst transgressors for this type of arrangement were Tsuga and Bruin. Thankfully they are not around anymore - pretty shady wage accounting practices. I wouldn't say most of Ontario companies practices this type of arrangement. Definitely some though... I would say most.
