Does Coast Range have any relationship based contracts? I'd find it challenging to manage a business model based exclusively on government bid contracts.

The thing about other industries (construction, etc...) is that employee wages ($/hr) are often quite standard across the board, so when bidding, everyone knows how much a job is worth.
