I use neoprene paddling gloves. They're not completely waterproof on those insane rain days, but they keep my hands warm.

About five years ago the owner of NGR overturned Canfor's mandatory HH rule by arguing that the heat created by wearing the hats was more dangerous to planters than overhead obsticles, falling debris, etc.
It's change on a small scale... but positive change nonetheless.

I love my job.

Manning has historically been a great contract... fast land & fairly relaxed specs.
The Kelowna job is a new one. NGR has no history working there.
