It is possible, I spent my entire rookie year having my foreman tell me my plots were perfect,even in 4 feet of grass with no marking of trees, but it's not hard when you can see the block as a grid...that said I can't stand that type of planting anymore, I just put the trees where they tell me to.....

Last season I had it in my planting hand and shovel wrist...put a brace on my shovel hand and kept going, it wasn't easy but I couldn't afford not to work...my numbers never dropped but it was uncomfortable for most of the season.

I have worked in the logging industry for a long time, what this tells me is that there will be less trees planted, tree's harvested only fill up 500-800 stems a hectre, so no more 1400-1800 stems per hectre.

I'm not trying judge the whole company on one rookies bad planting but I don't understand why a rookie would have no training, and why after a full spring season this person doesn't know how to plant. Do the crew bosses do any plots/checking?

A rookie from ELF came and planted for 3 days with us, she told me thier rate was 11 cents and she had 0 training, which explained her super shollow trees in cream land, well actually it still doesn't.

Just apply for it, if you are rejected then disputed it till they give it to you, they can play hard ball the first time you apply for EI but once your in it usually goes well any years after.

You bet I do, I am lucky to have some of the best water in the area, and I drink 4-8L at work and another 2-3 in the sauna at night. No dehydration or cramps when using them.

I really can't recommend the Essential Electrolyes enough.

I use Essential Electrolytes in capsule form that i bought at the local healthfood store and I swear by them. Since taking them I never feel dehydrated, get cramps or burn out at any time of the day, even in extreme heat.
