The guy who took it probably got in trouble for filming what he did.

I think if you search for "drip torch" and "helicopter" there must be other videos out there.

Here is video of it being used in Banff for a prescribed fire
Alas! how little does the memory of these human inhabitants enhance the beauty of the landscape
