OFA3 Course Study Notes - Audio MP3

It's that time of year when a lot of planters and management people are taking the OFA3 First Aid course that is supported by WorkSafe BC.

I've been reviewing my notes this weekend, so I'd remember how to do everything in case of an emergency situation. I made a pretty extensive set of notes when I took the course, and I decided last night that I'd read them into a microphone and turn them into an mp3 so I can listen to them in an mp3 player occasionally when I'm doing something mundane like driving a truck somewhere. And since I went to the effort of doing that, I figured I may as well share that here for anyone else who's interested in a copy.
