What are the chances of making an employment section on this web site. A place where crew bosses could post an ad to help them recruit planters for there crew.

There is actually a full forum devoted to this on the main board, called "The Job Market." I suspect that it isn't used as much as some people would hope because of the fact that many foremen (in my experience) have far more people making personal requests for jobs than there are openings on their crews, and hiring someone over the internet is no substitute for an exhaustive, in-depth personal interview with known references. Nonetheless, it's there if anyone wants to post "help wanted" notices.
