Often companies have set ways of managing the documentation and provision of services, and it will go smoothly if you follow in-house procedures.
Indeed, the guide lays out many of the essential requirements and responsibilities, and workers should absolutely be aware of these and their entitlements. Also, not all employers offer alternative duties. Perhaps most valuable here are the lists of contacts, including Ministry of Labour, who you contact in case of disputing a claim or decision.
