Is foret expert a legitimate company?

I received a confirmation from Foret Expert with Jonathan Lamothe of a treeplanting job for the next three months this 2018 season starting this week. The only thing is I havent received the contract as when was promised, and he has told me that I will receive it when I go up north quebec. I would like to know if anyone knows more about this company, if they have had experience with the company, or what they can recommend. . From talking with Jonathan it seems like he is a good person and his company is good as well, its just that the legal matters are not clear to me and I want to feel safe going up there as I will be traveling alone solo as a woman. What are the steps that I can do right now?
