A memo just came out for Danger Tree Assessors (forestry and silviculture module). See attached.
I'm particularly interested in the content of pages 37-38, which suggests that under LOD 1 conditions (which is what tree planting typically falls into), no pre-work site assessment is necessary, and a heads-up operational approach is sufficient. Of course, if the winds pick up, then LOD 1 no longer applies.
