Nootka is still very active particularly on the west coast of Vancouver Island as their name indicates. Everything I've heard confirms they are a top notch outfit paying well above average wages. I'd guess you'd have to be a coastal vet to have a chance to work for them but that's just a guess.

Vet crew only. Extreme technical terrain. Lots of planting on Nootka Island (go figure). Lots of locals.

Many companies have gone up to that area and been tumbled around by the ground. Nootka makes it their meat and potatoes.
