BC Silviculture Employees: You can help us learn more about Silviculture workforce and have your voice reflected in the new Silviculture Human Resources Strategy!

The Western Forestry Contractors' Association (WFCA) is undertaking a study to help create a Human Resources Strategy for the BC silviculture sectors, including nurseries, tree-planting, brushing & spacing, consulting foresters, and wildfire fighting. Funding for this study is provided through the Canada-British Columbia Labour Market Development Agreement’s Sector Labour Market Partnerships (SLMP) Program.

Surveys are administered by Qatalyst Research Group, a BC-based independent management consulting firm with expertise in conducting labour market studies.
