Naming Things in Computer Systems

Foresters need to be more creative and descriptive in naming things in Plant Wizard and Dropbox. It gets tiring seeing the same titles over and over as as project names in PW (or maybe a great title, but no year), and trying to figure out whether it's the correct project out of a list of 30-40 historical options. Maybe add the contract number and/or the year?

And it's also annoying to have something like "Folklore 2023" as a Dropbox folder name from three separate external clients. How about something just slightly more descriptive, such as "Folklore Tolko Chilliwack 2023" (to make up a hypothetical project)?
