Dear all,
I like to know the abbreviations of SPS, S4S, S1S2E, KD , Bet. on pre-cut timber/wood and what its mean? It will be highly appreciated if you like to know me those words. I also like know the short form of the words with is use on Wood related specification.

Ok, I just talked to Scirolli who read your message, and he had some thoughts, although nothing positive.

SPS is possibly subspecies, although he thought that was supposed to be SSP. Or it may be a typo, and should be SBS, which I think is Subboreal Spruce.

S4S and S1S2E are probably stream classifications. If I remember correctly, streams can be classified in BC as anything from S1 to S6, depending on their size.

KD is something neither of us can figure out, but we'll keep looking. Bet. is another unknown.
