Here's a recent review posted about Outland's 807 contract:

A few years back Outland's Tolko contract in Manitoba was a high production, vet heavy environment with a great social atmosphere. Last year it began to drift towards the quality of work you would expect to find in Ontario. The upcoming season looks even less promising. It's still a step up from Ontario, and it's a halfway decent place to start in the industry, but it certainly isn't what it used to be.

Also FYI Outland has a few contracts in Alberta that are of decent quality. It seems at this point that the farther west you head with this company, the better off you'll be.

Try to get on in Grande Prairie if you go with Outland. Although it's an okay place to get your foot in the door on the industry make sure to keep your eyes open for any other work opportunities. There are certainly other companies out there that treat their employees far better and pay higher wages. Some people seem to like planting in Ontario with Outland but I fail to see the appeal aside from "good parties" and loads of blackflies.
