First Aid Requirements for Planting Camps:
1 person:  personal first aid kit, transportation at employer's expense.
2-5 persons:  level 1 first aid kit, level 1 attendant, transportation at employer's expense.
6-15 persons:  level 1 first aid kit, ETV equipment, level 1 attendant with transportation.

16-50 persons:  level 3 first aid kit, dressing station, ETV equipment, level 3 attendant, ETV.
51-100 persons:  level 3 first aid kit, first aid room, ETV equipment, level 3 attendant, ETV.

1 stretcher (whenever an injured worker may require transport over rough terrain, a basket stretcher
   or other carrying device must be used.  The basket stretcher must have a spine board with
   handholds and retainer straps, and a suitable amttress or padding).
