After all, the main point of publishing this book was not for my personal financial gain. It's to help new workers become more knowledgeable and more productive. It will be cheaper for you to order copies this way than it would be to pay for photocopying. These numbers have been updated to include printing costs for the 2020 Edition (which is much more comprehensive than the previous versions).

Planters
If you've been given a photocopied version of "Step By Step" by your planting company, be aware that I have NOT given permission to any companies to photocopy the book for training purposes. Having said that, I offer discounts to companies who order in quantity (as you can see above), so it wouldn't make much sense for them to photocopy the book UNLESS they are trying to conveniently leave out certain chapters. Accordingly, here are free links to the two chapters which are most likely to be omitted by any company that is photocopying the book without permission:
